Adobe Photoshop is an unique tool to edit photos. We can make our imaginations true. But the problem is Adobe Photoshop does not support ubuntu. But we know that for human nothing is impossible. For using Adobe Photoshop we will have to install wine. If you don't have wine installed in your system then click here to learn how to install wine. If you have installed wine already then then ok and if you don't then install it now. Now let's start the process.

To run Adobe Photoshop in ubuntu you need to download some other packages. Start the terminal and run following code

wget http://www.kegel.com/wine/winetricks chmod +x winetricks ./winetricks msxml6 gdiplus gecko vcrun2005 ie6

If it asks for password give your password. When the process is finished run the follwoing code

sh winetricks msxml6 gdiplus gecko vcrun2005

After some process the terminal will automatically open a folder and will redirect you to a cnet.com link. Don't get panic. Just minimize the opened folder but don't close it. From the redirected address download the file. After downloading place the downloaded file in the folder which was opened by the terminal. Now return to the terminal and run following code

 sh winetricks gdiplus gecko vcrun2005

Sit back and wait untill the process is finished. When the process is finished close the terminal. Now we need to download a .dll file for Adobe Photoshop. Go to following link to download the .dll file.
